Transportation Dispatcher — Guest Service Driving — $25–$30/hr

Our company in Dillon, Colorado is looking for a Transportation Dispatcher who will also drive guest service shuttle runs. This is a seasonal, in-office role (not remote) that combines dispatch coordination with hands-on driving duties, and it may turn into a year-round position.

Pay

• $25 to $30 an hour

Schedule

• Morning coverage runs roughly from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a paid handoff period before that

• Evening shifts start at 4:00 PM and usually wrap up between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM

• Weekend and holiday work is expected, especially during busy winter periods

• Operations run seven days a week, not a standard weekday schedule

• A typical week includes about 3 dispatch shifts and 2 guest service driving shifts

What you'll do

• Track drivers, vehicles, flights and changing road conditions throughout each shift

• Confirm pickup times, addresses, luggage needs and guest details before trips

• Coordinate transfers, staging and schedule changes in real time

• Handle breakdowns, no-shows, weather issues, flight delays and other disruptions as they come up

• Keep drivers, guests, reservations staff and leadership informed with clear updates

• Step in to resolve escalated guest issues

• Log detailed shift notes and hand off open items to the next shift

• Act as shift lead when the manager on duty isn't around

• Drive guest service transfer routes as scheduled

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Comfortable working across multiple computer systems at once

• Sharp attention to detail with names, routes, addresses and timing

• Calm, clear decision-making under pressure

• Prior supervisory or fast-paced operations experience (transportation, dispatch, hospitality, aviation, etc.) is a plus

• Must pass the company's driving class, required training, a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and stay eligible for ongoing DOT-required testing
