Pay

• Drivers average $90,000 per year

• $3,000 sign-on bonus available for a limited time

• Mileage pay runs $0.63-$0.75 cpm

• Detention pay at $25 per hour

• Stop pay between $20 and $30 per stop

• $30 per load for backhauls

• $20 per hour for miscellaneous work

• A weekly salary component of $100 per week
