Part-Time CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Daily, 3-Day Work Week

Penske Logistics has an immediate opening for a part-time CDL-A driver in Kidron, OH, delivering fresh chicken to grocery stores. You'll work a 3-day week and be home every day.

Schedule

• Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

• Early AM dispatch

• About 15 stops per week on average

Pay

• Daily guarantee

• Paid every Friday

What you'll haul

• Fresh chicken delivered to grocery store accounts

• You'll drive a late-model Penske truck built for driver comfort, fitted with inward- and outward-facing cameras for safety

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with residency and licensing in the same U.S. state

• Current or obtainable non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• Must be able to pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and a drug screening

• English language proficiency required under DOT rule 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work alert and safely, since this is a safety-sensitive, DOT-regulated role

• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs, and to safely get in and out of the cab and cargo area
