Seasonal FedEx Ground Delivery Driver — $180–$200/Day

Our company Trucking is a contracted FedEx Ground company in Murfreesboro, TN, hiring seasonal, full-time delivery drivers to help cover the holiday rush. Shifts start at 7:30 am and run until every package on the truck is delivered. Drivers who stick around past the holiday probation period become eligible for extra perks and raises.

Pay

• $180 to $200 per day, roughly $900 to $1000 per week depending on experience

• Paid every Friday

• Various schedules available, including Wednesday-Sunday, Tuesday-Saturday, and Sunday-Thursday, all at the same daily/weekly pay range

• Training pay: two days of in-truck training paid at $140 per day, plus one day of classroom instruction and one day of driving instruction, each under 4 hours and paid at half a day's salary

• Extra bonuses: stop count bonuses, $25-$75 team player bonuses for helping another driver, a $200 Amazon gift card for monthly safety performance, and $75 for working a 6th day

• Annual drawing for prizes like a PS5 Slim, Xbox Series X, or Switch 2

Home time

Full-time seasonal schedule with a fixed route each day; several shift patterns are offered so you can pick days that work for you.

What you'll haul

You'll deliver FedEx Ground packages of varying sizes and weights, handling items from 1 pound up to 150 pounds, in all kinds of weather.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving history: no reckless driving, DUI/OMVI, hit and run, or speeds 15+ mph over the limit, no preventable accidents, and no more than two moving violations in the past 24 months

• Able to lift and move heavy packages regularly

• Comfortable using GPS, digital maps, and a handheld scanner

• Able to understand and follow applicable rules, regulations, and procedures

• Reliable attendance on scheduled days

• Must pass a physical exam, drug test, and criminal background check

• F endorsement required before starting training

• Valid driver's license
