Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — Up to $110,000/Year, $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company's private fleet is hiring a regional CDL-A driver out of Hopkinsville, KY. You'll run regional freight with weekly home time, no-touch deliveries, and pay built on more than just miles.

Pay

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year.

• Base mileage rate of $0.55 to $0.69 per mile, with average annual miles ranging from 62,355 to 196,040 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven).

• On top of mileage pay, you can earn activity pay for tasks like hooking, live loads and unloads, layovers, stops, chaining, weekend miles, and evening shift premiums.

• Certain non-driving situations (accidents, breakdowns, weather closures, rejected-trailer cleanup, wait time, and similar) are compensated through activity pay alone.

• Average Day's Pay (ADP) of $240 per day applies for things like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty.

• A $10,000 sign-on bonus is included, along with quarterly safety bonuses and annual pay increases.

Home time

• You're home weekly, with consecutive days off each week built into the schedule.

What you'll haul

• Freight is no-touch, so you're not loading or unloading by hand.

• You'll run optimized regional routes, following traffic laws and local restrictions to stay on schedule.

What the job involves

• Plan your workday, coordinate with your team, and keep freight moving safely and on time.

• Complete all logs and paperwork accurately and follow DOT, state, and company rules.

• Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during, and after trips, and operate it safely throughout.

• Represent our company's safety and professionalism standards on every run.

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain one, with a cleared background check, within 120 days of hire).

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years (or completion of our company's Fleet Development Academy Program).

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, and no serious traffic violations in that time.

• No preventable collisions in the past 3 years, and no preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 10 years.

• No history of a preventable accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury.

• You must currently live within 250 miles of the Hopkinsville facility, or be willing to relocate within that range within 90 days of hire.
