Regional CDL-A Driver — $10,000 Sign-On Bonus, Weekly Home Time

Our company's private fleet is looking for a CDL-A driver to run regional routes out of Hopkinsville, KY. You'll get paid for more than just miles, work a predictable schedule, and drive newer equipment hauling no-touch freight.

Pay

• Mileage rate of $0.55 - $0.69 per mile, with average annual miles ranging from 62,355 to 196,040 (actual pay varies by location and miles driven)

• Certain tasks (like hooking, live loads/unloads, layovers, bridge crossings, weekend miles, and evening shifts) pay activity pay on top of your mileage rate

• Other situations (such as breakdowns, bad weather, accidents, or wait time) pay activity pay only

• You may also receive Average Daily Pay of $240 for full our company event days, PTO, safety days, holidays, and similar circumstances

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in year one

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

Home time

• Home every week, with consecutive days off

• No-touch freight on regional lanes

What the job involves

• Plan your route and schedule, coordinate with your team, and keep shipments moving safely and on schedule

• Complete logs and paperwork correctly, following DOT and company rules

• Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during, and after trips

• Drive legal, efficient routes that avoid delays

• Represent our company's safety and professionalism standards

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (passed background check) already in hand, or obtained within 120 days of hire

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years (personal or commercial vehicle)

• No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years

• No preventable collisions in the past 3 years

• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents (disabling damage or injury requiring treatment away from the scene) in the past 10 years

• No preventable accident involving a fatality or catastrophic injury, ever

• Live within 250 miles of the Hopkinsville, KY facility, or be willing to relocate within that radius within 90 days of hire

• Accident preventability is judged using ATA Guidelines
