Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $0.55–$0.69/Mile

Our company's private fleet is hiring a Regional Class A CDL driver based out of Shelbyville, TN. You'll run regional routes with weekly home time, handling no-touch freight on a predictable schedule using modern equipment.

Pay

• Paid $0.55 - $0.69 per mile, plus extra activity pay for things like hooking, live loads/unloads, layover, detention, and weekend mileage

• Regional drivers can earn up to $110,000 in their first year

• Average Daily Pay of $240/day applies in certain non-driving situations like PTO, safety days, or jury duty

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual pay increases

Home time

• Weekly home time with consecutive days off each week

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries as part of our company's private fleet

What you'll do

• Plan your route and coordinate with your team to keep freight on schedule

• Keep accurate paperwork and electronic logs

• Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during, and after each trip

• Follow traffic laws and local restrictions to run efficient routes

• Represent our company's safety and professionalism standards on the road

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or willingness to get it within 120 days of hire

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years

• No more than two moving violations in the past three years, and no serious violations

• No preventable accidents in the last three years, and no preventable DOT-recordable crashes in the last ten

• No history of a preventable accident causing a fatality or catastrophic injury

• Must live within 250 miles of the Shelbyville facility, or relocate there within 90 days of hire
