About this job
Our company, a division of the McCoy Group, is looking for experienced Class A tanker drivers for regional bulk tank routes out of Des Moines, IA. You'll be out 4-6 nights a week hauling both intrastate and interstate loads, with strong guaranteed pay and extra premiums built in.
Pay
- Drivers typically earn $95,000 to $105,000 per year, with potential to go higher
- Weekly guaranteed pay, plus extra for weekend work
- $150 per day premium for Saturday and Sunday deliveries
- $250 premium per load for crossing into Canada
- $25 monthly reimbursement for your cell phone
- Yearly loyalty/seniority bonus up to $2,750
- Quarterly performance bonus worth as much as 5.5% of your gross earnings
Home time
Expect to be on the road 4 to 6 nights per week on regional runs.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
- At least 12 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Minimum age 21
- Clean driving record and good MVR
- Must clear DOT requirements, a physical exam, and a drug screen
