Regional CDL-A Solo Driver — No Weekends, $1,790+/Week

Our company is looking for a solo CDL-A driver to run regional routes out of Riverview, MI, delivering touch freight with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend work.

Pay

• Weekly paychecks totaling $1,790 or more

• $0.60 per mile, based on about 1,400 miles per week

• $15.00 per stop, based on about 50 stops per week

• Sign-on bonus of $1,000 at 30 days and another $1,000 at 90 days

• Per diem pay of $50.00 per night, for roughly 3 to 4 nights a week

• Overnight stays booked and paid for by our company

• Paid training included

Home time and schedule

• Monday through Friday, no weekends

• Dispatch starts between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM

What you'll haul

• Solo runs through Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, and a small part of Pennsylvania

• Regional routes

• Equipment includes 26' box trucks, sleepers, or day cabs pulling 53' dry van trailers

• Freight is touch freight: screen doors and hardware

• Trucks are 36 months old or newer, backed by 24/7 roadside assistance and a network of over 800 maintenance locations nationwide

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements

• Verifiable tractor-trailer experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, OR 2 years in the past 5 years, OR 5 years in the past 10 years

• Must pass a drug test, background check, motor vehicle record check, DOT physical, and road test

• Previous employer drug and alcohol verification covering the last 3 years

• Able to follow instructions and understand relevant laws, rules, and procedures

• Some assignments may require added screening, such as employment or education verification, badging, or customer-specific background checks

What the job involves

• Following all applicable federal, state, and company safety rules

• Spotting and addressing safety hazards on the road

• Keeping accurate logs and records

• Helping load or unload freight when the customer requires it

• Other duties as needed
