About this job
Our company is hiring a CDL-A floater driver to cover delivery routes across several Northeast locations, filling in for vacations and call-outs while hauling touch freight.
Pay
- $370 per day, based on your assigned route
- Estimated first-year earnings around $93,600
- Paid weekly
- $36 per day in per diem when traveling between domiciles, plus mileage pay
- Hotels covered when you're on the road
What you'll haul
- Touch freight delivery routes, scheduled days or evenings, Monday through Friday
- You'll rotate as a floater supporting five locations: Taunton and Springfield, MA, Hartford, CT, and Greenwich, RI
- Expect travel between these domiciles to cover vacation gaps and call-outs
Requirements
- At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Valid Class A license
- At least 21 years old
- Clean driving history
