Regional CDL-A Driver — Weekly Home Time, CDL Grads Welcome

Our company is looking for Class A CDL drivers to run Mid East regional lanes, with weekly home time and company-maintained trailers. Brand-new CDL grads are welcome, with a trainer program built in to help you get started.

What you'll haul

• You'll run 53' dry van trailers on Mid East regional routes.

• Freight is mostly drop-and-hook, with occasional live loading or unloading, so it's about 100% no-touch overall.

• Expect roughly 1,800+ miles per week.

Schedule and training

• Home time is weekly, but you need to be open to both day and night shifts.

• If you have less than 6 months of experience, including new grads, you'll go through a 4 to 6 week OTR trainer program before running on your own.

Pay

• Weekly earnings run $1,200 to $1,500, depending on miles driven and experience.

• Per-mile rate is $0.56 to $0.64, based on experience.

• While training, you'll earn $850 a week for the 4 to 6 week program.

• You also get $15 per stop.

• A monthly bonus of $0.06 per mile is available for drivers who meet the safety and performance criteria.

Requirements

• You must be at least 21 with a valid Class A CDL.

• You need to have completed an accredited truck driving school program of 120+ hours.

• Your driving record should be reasonably clean: no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years.

• You shouldn't have been let go from your last job over a safety issue.

• Your work history over the past 10 years should be steady, without major gaps.

• You'll need to pass a pre-employment drug screening (urine and hair) and background check.

• Applicants are evaluated on their driving history, background check results, past employment, and overall commitment to safe, professional driving.
