Regional CDL-A Driver — Home Every Other Day, $23.00–$24.00/hr

AJR Logistics LLC is looking for a Regional CDL-A driver to run dedicated Amazon freight out of Norwood, OH. You'll be a W-2 employee of AJR Logistics, not Amazon, hauling predictable routes with consistent, year-round work.

Pay

• Starting pay is $23.00-$24.00 per hour

• Overtime pays 1.5x your hourly rate once you pass 40 hours in a 7-day workweek

• Expected annual earnings land around $58,000-$65,000+

• You're paid weekly

Home time

• Routes typically include one overnight away, so you'll be home every other day on a steady, rotating schedule

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch Amazon freight

• Newer, Amazon-maintained equipment

Schedule

• At least 39 scheduled hours per week, with extra shifts and overtime available

• Duties include pre-trip and post-trip inspections, safe and on-time delivery, and following DOT, FMCSA, Amazon Relay, and company safety rules

Requirements

• Minimum age 21

• Valid Class A CDL

• Must meet our company eligibility standards

• Able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug test, and background check

• Clean driving record

• Comfortable working with smartphones, GPS, and Amazon Relay tools

• Safety-minded with a professional approach
