Regional CDL-A Driver — $10,000 Sign-On, Up to $110,000/Year, Weekly Home Time

Our company's private fleet is hiring a Regional CDL-A driver out of Loveland, CO, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You'll haul no-touch freight on a regional route, get home weekly with consecutive days off, and run modern equipment.

Pay

• Regional mileage rate of $0.5965 to $0.6415 per mile, with average annual miles between 61,173 and 186,678 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven).

• You're paid for more than just driving: activities like hooking, live loading or unloading, layovers, weekend mileage, bridge pay and chain work earn activity pay plus the mileage rate; other situations (accidents, breakdowns, weather closures, wait time, etc.) earn activity pay only.

• Average Day's Pay of $240 applies for full (8+ hour) our company events, PTO, safety days, holidays and similar situations.

• First-year regional drivers can earn up to $110,000.

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual pay raises are part of the package.

Home time

• Weekly home time with consecutive days off each week.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight deliveries on a regional route.

• You'll plan your route, handle logs and paperwork, inspect your tractor-trailer at each stage of the trip, and follow traffic laws and local restrictions to keep deliveries on schedule.

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving, with a Hazmat endorsement (cleared background check) already in place or obtained within 120 days of hire.

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years, or completion of the our company Fleet Development Academy Program.

• No more than 2 moving violations in personal or commercial vehicles over the past 3 years, and no serious traffic violations in that time.

• No preventable collisions in the past 3 years, and no preventable DOT-recordable accidents (disabling damage or injury requiring treatment away from the scene) in the past 10 years.

• No history of a preventable accident causing a fatality or catastrophic injury.

• Must currently live within 250 miles of the Loveland, CO facility, or be willing to move within that distance within 90 days of hire.
