About this job
Smart Logistics Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for regional routes. Both new CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers are welcome, with newer trucks and steady weekly home time on offer.
Pay
- Earn between $0.55 and $0.85 per mile, with entry-level drivers starting near the lower end and experienced drivers earning up to the top rate
Home time
- Get home every week
- Routes run regional, not over-the-road

- Drive newer, modern tractors
What you'll haul
- Steady, dependable regional freight on assigned routes
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Legally authorized to drive commercial vehicles in the United States
- Professional attitude with a strong focus on safety
- Able to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep accurate logs under HOS rules, and report any maintenance issues
- Comfortable communicating with dispatch and following routing and safety guidance
- New CDL-A graduates are encouraged to apply alongside experienced drivers
