About this job
Our company needs a CDL-A driver in Ridgefield, WA 98642 to run regional delivery routes to retail and restaurant customers. The role pays $80,000 to $125,000 a year, and you could pocket a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 based on your experience level.

What you'll do
- Walk through pre- and post-trip inspections on your tractor-trailer and submit the required DOT paperwork
- Confirm the bill of lading and manage store keys for deliveries made outside normal business hours
- Operate the rig between stops in line with commercial driving regulations
- Log your hours accurately using paper logs or Peoplenet, tracking both deliveries and temperature readings
- Get the trailer unloaded and bring product into customer sites
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Class A CDL in hand
- A year of tractor-trailer experience or 50,000 verifiable miles behind the wheel
- Driving record and risk profile that meet our company's internal standards
- Strong enough English skills to understand instructions and follow safety procedures
- Must pass a background check and drug test
