CDL-A Regional Driver — $29–$31/Hour, Home Weekly

Drive a dedicated regional account hauling retail freight for Dollar Tree, based out of Ridgefield, WA. You'll run multi-stop loads across the Pacific Northwest and get home every week.

Pay

• Hourly rate of $29.00 to $30.50 for drivers with 0–48 months of experience, or $31.00 for those with 49–200 months

• Overtime pay on top of your hourly rate

• Average weekly earnings around $2,000 (about $103,475 a year), with top earners reaching $2,550 a week (about $132,497 a year)

• Safe & On-Time Bonus available

Home time

• Home weekly with a required 34-hour reset

• Both day and night shifts are available, and days off can shift depending on freight volume, including reduced time off around holidays

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight only, running 2 to 4 loads a week with 3 to 4 stops each

• Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Northern California

• You'll be responsible for unloading trailers using rollers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable experience

• Comfortable handling physical freight-unloading tasks with rollers

• Clean driving record and current DOT Medical Card

• Must be available for either day or night shifts and flexible on days off

• SAP drivers are not eligible

• If you live more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, WA, you'll need a safe, authorized place to park the truck
