Pickup and Delivery Driver — $24/hr Full-Time

Drive an assigned route in Squamish, BC picking up and delivering packages for FedEx Canada. You'll inspect shipments to make sure they meet our company's service standards and handle customer service tasks along the way. This is a full-time position that starts with an interview.

Pay

• $24 per hour, full-time

What you'll do

• Pick up and deliver packages on your assigned route

• Check shipments for compliance with our company's service standards

• Handle related customer service duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

• Able to lift 70 lbs and move packages up to 150 lbs using proper equipment

• One year of customer-facing work experience preferred

• Must pass the required pre-placement driver assessment

• Familiarity with our company operations and Canadian customs rules is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Solid time management and organization

• Strong customer service abilities

• Comfortable multitasking under pressure

• Open to varying schedules, including holidays, based on business needs

• Drivers must hold a valid license (such as class 5, G, or 1/AZ) with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months, and will be assessed on driving record, interview performance and driving evaluation results

• Quebec-based applicants must be bilingual in French and English
