OTR Team Truck Driver — $0.50–$0.75/Mile, SAP Friendly

This is a team OTR contract role hauling power only and reefer freight on Werner lanes, with drop and hook loads and strong weekly mileage. SAP drivers are welcome, and female drivers are welcome too.

Pay

• Per driver, per mile, based on your share of team miles

• SAP drivers: $0.50-$0.55 per mile

• Non-SAP drivers: $0.60-$0.75 per mile

• Overall range listed: $0.50-$0.75 per mile

• Paid weekly

• This is a 1099 contract position

What you'll haul

• Power only or reefer loads, with dry van also possible

• Reliable Werner lanes with steady freight

• Drop and hook setups, so you're not waiting on docks

• No back hauls from outside customers

• Fewer than 5% of loads involve multiple stops

• Teams are running 2500+ combined miles per week

• You'll be assigned a new 2026-2027 truck, fully equipped

Requirements

• Must run as a team; no solo positions available

• At least 25 years old

• Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience (not open to recent driving school graduates)

• Clean driving record
