OTR Team CDL-A Driver — Up to $0.80 CPM, Home Weekly

Our company is looking for CDL-A team drivers to run OTR freight for FedEx Ground out of Orlando, FL. If you're solo and need a partner, they can help match you with one. Routes are terminal-to-terminal with drop-and-hook freight, and you're home weekly.

Pay

• Up to $0.80 CPM, split between the team, paid on all miles

• Drivers average $2,000-$2,500+ per week each

• Annual pay range listed as $93,000.00-$124,000.00

What you'll haul

• Year-round FedEx Ground freight, 100% no-touch, drop and hook only

• Terminal-to-terminal runs with no customer pickups

• Late-model trucks equipped with modern safety features

• Dispatch and maintenance support available 24/7

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 5+ years within the last 10

• Doubles (T) endorsement required; if you don't have it, they'll help you get it during onboarding

• Clean motor vehicle record

• Willing to drive as part of a team (they can pair you with a partner if needed)

What you'll do

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on OTR runs

• Keep accurate ELD logs and follow DOT rules

• Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Stay in contact with dispatch to hit delivery windows
