About this job
This role is with our company, running OTR and regional routes out of Quincy, Washington, hauling freight with a tractor-trailer.
What you'll do
- Check your truck before and after each trip and keep inspection logs
- Load materials correctly and coordinate with material handlers
- Plan routes and drive to deliver freight on time
- Handle basic upkeep on your equipment, flag issues, and arrange repairs when needed
- Keep accurate paperwork, including driver logs and pickup/delivery authorizations
- Follow company safety policies and all highway rules
