About this job
Our company is hiring an OTR box truck driver who doesn't need a CDL. You'll drive a company-provided box truck under 26,001 lbs GVWR on long-haul routes.
Pay
- Pay is based on a percentage of gross load revenue (no exact percentage given)
- Estimated at from $1,100 per week
Home time
- Out 2–3 weeks at a time, then home to reset
What you'll haul
- General freight in a box truck
- You'll load, unload, and secure freight yourself
What you'll do
- Handle basic logs, load paperwork, and delivery confirmations
- Keep dispatch updated on ETAs, delays, or issues
- Complete basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Requirements
- Valid non-CDL license (Class C/D accepted)
- Clean driving record
- At least 21 years old
- Able to pass a DOT physical and background check
- Comfortable being away from home for 2–3 week stretches
- Self-motivated, safety-first, independent contractor mindset
