OTR Non-CDL Box Truck Driver — $0.48–$0.63 per Mile

Our company needs a non-CDL box truck driver for over-the-road runs, hauling freight across state lines with overnight trips included.

What you'll haul

• Box truck (non-CDL) freight to customers, retailers, or warehouses

• Loading and unloading goods yourself when the job calls for it

• Tracking inventory while it's in transit

The job

• Multi-day trips across state lines with overnight stays

• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections to stay DOT compliant

• Staying in touch with dispatch and customers on delivery timing and delays

• Keeping accurate logs and delivery paperwork

• Keeping the truck clean and organized

Requirements

• Valid non-CDL driver's license

• Previous experience as a truck or delivery driver, ideally long-distance

• Comfortable driving long stretches, including multi-day routes

• Solid grasp of traffic laws and DOT rules

• Physically able to load and unload when needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ready to travel overnight and put in long hours as needed

• Clean driving record, no major violations

Nice to have

• Experience running box or straight trucks long-distance

• Comfortable with GPS and delivery apps

• Basic vehicle maintenance know-how

Pay

$0.48-$0.63 per mile, based on experience. Full-time.
