OTR CDL-A USPS Drop-and-Hook Driver — Approx. $2,300/Week

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for several types of runs tied to USPS freight, dedicated accounts, local, regional, and OTR work. Where you land depends on your ZIP code, your experience level, and the home time you want.

Positions and pay

• Trainee: under 3 months of Class A experience, no prior driving experience needed, paid training offered, approximately $700 weekly, built for new CDL grads

• Local: at least 3 months of Class A experience, home daily, steady local routes, dedicated accounts in some areas, approximately $1,400 weekly

• Regional: at least 4 months of Class A experience, home every few days or weekly depending on the account, steady regional lanes, dedicated freight available, approximately $1,800 weekly

• OTR Dedicated: at least 6 months of Class A experience, dedicated freight, consistent routes, higher pay potential but a tougher home-time schedule, approximately $2,300 weekly, hiring nationwide

• OTR USPS: at least 2 years of Class A experience, hauling USPS contract freight on year-round routes, approximately $2,300 weekly, strong earning potential, hiring from nearly every state and major city

Which option you're offered depends on where you live, how much experience you have, and the home time you're after. Local and regional slots vary by location; OTR openings are available across most of the country.

What you'll haul

• USPS contract freight plus other dedicated accounts

• Mostly drop-and-hook, so you're doing little loading or unloading

• Steady, year-round freight volume

Routes

• Runs are mainly east of I-35, covering the Midwest, South, and Southeast

• No West Coast routes and no New York City

Equipment

• Trucks from the 2022 through 2026 model years

• Well-kept, modern trucks

• Which truck you get depends on your account and what's available

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (or expecting one soon for trainee roles)

• Minimum experience ranges from none (trainee) up to 2 years (OTR USPS), as listed above by position
