OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Up to $115,000/yr, No-Touch Freight

Our company is a family-owned carrier looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to run no-touch freight across the Midwest, South, and Northeast. You'll get steady miles, a sign-on bonus, and solid home time on a 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule.

Pay

• Drivers typically earn between $70,000 and $115,000 a year ($1,400 to $2,200 weekly), with pay built on base CPM plus bonuses that are easy to hit

• A monthly fuel mileage bonus adds up to $0.04 CPM

• First-year sign-on and retention bonus of $2,000

• Bonuses for safety performance and clean inspections

• Chances for your base CPM to increase each year

• Unlimited referral bonus of $1,000 per referral

• Extra pay for layovers, stops, detention time, and breakdowns

• Per diem program included

• Paid weekly via direct deposit, with daily advances available up to $30

Home time

• Typical rotation is 12 days on the road followed by 2 days home

• Drivers based near Bowling Green, KY may be able to get home weekly

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, with about 75% customer loads and 50% drop-and-hook

• Routes cover the Midwest, South, and Northeast (NYC excluded)

• Expect 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week, with trucks governed at 73 mph

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliners and Volvos, none older than six years

• Trucks come with an APU, an inverter-powered fridge, and Pre-Pass for tolls and weigh stations

• Forward-facing cameras only, no driver-facing cameras

• Round-the-clock support from the after-hours team

Requirements

• At least 2 years of OTR driving experience within the last 3 years (if you're close to this mark, go ahead and apply)

• No SAP program history

• No more than 1 moving violation in a commercial vehicle over the past 5 years

• No more than 3 DOT violations in a commercial vehicle over the past 3 years

• No accidents on your FMCSA record in the last 5 years
