About this job
Our company is hiring OTR drivers out of its Navarre, OH facility to haul specialized trailers loaded with manufactured material across the US, excluding the West Coast, with Canada runs preferred.
Pay
- Earn up to $0.70 per mile (hub miles), with the same rate whether loaded or empty.
- Extra $0.05 per mile through a safety and fuel bonus program.
- $5,000 bonus for signing on.
- Paid weekly.
- Typical weekly earnings are estimated between $1,500 and $2,500, or roughly $78,000 to $130,000 a year, though actual pay depends on miles run and performance.
Home time
You'll be home two nights a week since there's no backhaul to wait for after you drop your load. Riders are welcome to join you on the road.
What you'll haul
You'll run an automatic sleeper tractor pulling specialized trailers loaded with our company's manufactured products.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving history
- Ability to climb in and out of the cab and around the trailer
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver items of 30 pounds or more
