OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $85K–$130K/yr Avg

Our company is looking for an over-the-road CDL driver to haul their own freight on pre-planned out-and-back trips. You'll be home weekly with 34-48 hours off, and most drivers get two days off per week.

What you'll haul

• AFW hauls its own freight, so your schedule doesn't depend on outside customers

• 75% of loads are drop and hook

• 98% no-touch freight

• Trips are planned ahead of time, no sitting around truck stops waiting on loads

Requirements

• At least 1 year of OTR tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years

• Clean FMCSA record, with no major violations

• Acceptable MVR and PSP history from the last three years

• Valid CDL that you can maintain

• Mountain driving experience is a plus

• Comfortable chaining up in severe weather

• Able to complete FMCSA-standard pre-trip inspections

• Able to use an electronic Qualcomm log system and the McLeod app to communicate with dispatch

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check after a job offer

• AFW provides all training
