OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $80K–$130K/yr Avg

Our company in Englewood, CO is looking for an OTR CDL truck driver to haul their own freight on pre-planned round trips. You'll be home weekly with real time off, and most of the freight is drop and hook with no touching required.

Pay

• Paid by the mile, plus extra earning opportunities

• Drivers typically earn between $80,000 and $130,000 per year, with room to earn more

Home time

• Home every week, with 34 to 48 hours off

• Most drivers get 2 days off weekly

What you'll haul

• AFW hauls its own freight, so you're not waiting on another company's loads to get you home

• About 75% of loads are drop and hook, and 98% is no-touch freight

• Routes are planned in advance so you run out and back without sitting at truck stops waiting for a load

Requirements

• At least 1 year of OTR tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years

• Clean record with no major FMCSA violations

• Acceptable MVR and PSP history over the last three years

• Valid CDL that you can maintain

• Mountain driving experience is a plus

• Comfortable chaining up in severe weather and working in rough conditions on asphalt, concrete, and gravel

• Able to complete FMCSA-compliant pre-trip inspections

• Able to use an electronic Qualcomm log system and communicate with dispatch through the McLeod app

• Capable of working independently while staying in touch with the AFW team

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check after a job offer
