OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Concord, NC

Our company, a transportation and logistics company based in Concord, NC, needs a CDL-A driver for over-the-road long-haul runs across the country. You'll handle freight safely and on time while working with a team that backs its drivers.

What you'll do

• Drive a Class A rig on long-haul OTR routes nationwide

• Deliver freight accurately and on schedule

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT rules

• Log hours electronically following FMCSA Hours of Service requirements

• Keep dispatch updated on routes, delays or problems

• Check and secure loads so cargo stays intact in transit

• Follow all applicable traffic and transport laws

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• 1-2 years of verifiable OTR or long-haul driving experience preferred

• Clean driving record (MVR)

• Able to pass DOT physical and drug screening

• Comfortable with ELD logging and HOS rules

• Good time management and able to work independently on the road

• Strong communication skills and a safety-first approach
