OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — $84,500–$101,400/Year, No-Touch Freight

Our company, a third-generation family-owned carrier, is looking for experienced OTR CDL-A company drivers to run freight across the 48 states in newer, fully loaded Freightliner Cascadias. You'll be treated as a person, not a truck number, with steady miles and strong pay.

Pay

• $84,500 to $101,400 per year, or $1,625 to $1,950 weekly

• Up to 65 CPM, with a recent pay increase

• Quarterly performance bonus of 3 CPM on all miles over 30,000 driven in a quarter, available after your first year on the job

Home time

• Out a minimum of 14 days, then 2-3 days home

• Option to stay out longer if you prefer

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch freight

• Some drop and hook loads

• Average of 2,500 to 3,200 miles per week

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Clean driving record and MVR

• No SAP program participation

• Note: the quarterly bonus requires a full year of employment and at least 30,000 miles driven in the qualifying quarter
