This Orlando-based carrier is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers for both solo and team runs, offering a choice of mileage or flat weekly pay plus several bonuses.
Pay
- Solo drivers choose between $0.80 per mile or a $2,200 flat weekly rate
- Team drivers choose between $1.20 per truck mile (split between the pair) or $2,500 flat weekly pay per driver
- $3,000 sign-on bonus per driver
- $150 weekly winter OTR bonus for solos ($125 per driver for teams)
- $1,500 bonus for completing the winter holiday season
- Safety bonuses up to $1,000 and referral bonuses up to $1,000
- Paid weekly by direct deposit, with cash advances available
Home time
- Flexible home time with reliable dispatch communication
What you'll haul
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
- Mix of dedicated lanes, round-trip and one-way routes
- Newer trucks (2023-2027 Freightliner, Volvo, International, Peterbilt) with 2025-2026 dry van trailers, each equipped with APU, inverter, microwave and refrigerator
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Must meet all DOT qualifications
- SAP candidates not accepted
