About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for over-the-road runs out of Pennsylvania. You would pull dry van, reefer and flatbed freight in late-model trucks, with steady miles and no forced dispatch.
Pay
- Choose between $0.75–$0.85 per mile or 30%–34% of gross.
- Expect about $2,500–$3,000 per week on roughly 3000–3500 miles.
- Paid by direct deposit every week, with a cash advance available after your first load.
- This is a 1099 position, and there is no escrow.
- Extras: clean inspection bonus, $25/hour detention pay, $150 layover pay and a $500 referral bonus.
Trucks and freight
- 2024–2027 Volvo, Freightliner and Peterbilt tractors.
- Each truck has an APU, power inverter and fridge, and is governed at 71 MPH.
- Equipment is kept in good repair.
- Pets are allowed under the company policy.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least a year of CDL-A driving experience.
- No drug or alcohol violations and no major violations on your record.
