About this job
Our company needs experienced Class A drivers for long-haul over-the-road work, running 1099 as a contractor. You keep the truck for home time, there is no escrow, and pay lands weekly.
Pay
- You choose between $0.70 for every mile driven or 30% of the total gross.
- The posting puts weekly earnings at $3,000 to $4,000, with $3,500 guaranteed.
- The pay week runs Monday to Sunday. Statements come out Saturday and payment arrives Tuesday, one week behind.
- Clean inspection bonuses: $500 for a Level 3, $750 for a Level 2, $1,000 for a Level 1.
- Referral rewards are available.
Truck and freight
- Late-model Freightliner trucks (2024 to 2027) that are kept in good shape.
- Each truck has an APU, microwave, refrigerator, mattress and tablet.
- A fuel card and PrePass are provided.
- All freight is dry van and 100% no-touch.

What you need
- A valid Class A CDL.
- At least 2 years of OTR experience.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- A passed pre-employment drug test, and no SAP history.
- Willingness to stay out as long as 3 weeks at a stretch.
On the job
- Drive tractor-trailers on long hauls in line with FMCSA rules.
- Do full pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Check that loads are secured and deliver on time.
