OTR CDL-A Team Truck Driver — $100,000–$110,000/Year

Our company needs a two-person CDL-A team for OTR hauls carrying high-value goods across the country. You won't touch a forklift or dock - this role is strictly about careful, secure driving and getting shipments to their destination intact. Based out of Southington, CT 06489.

Pay

• $100,000 - $110,000 a year, paid out weekly

• Earnings tied to miles run, stops made, and your safety record

• Extra bonus money each quarter for safe, strong performance

What you'll haul

• High-value cargo such as artwork, antiques, and fine furniture, moving coast to coast

Schedule

• Runs as a two-driver team, with the flexibility to handle nights, weekends, and multi-day trips away from home

• Expect overnight stretches on the road

Requirements

• Valid Class A license

• Up-to-date DOT medical certification

• No major violations on your driving record

• At least 1 year behind the wheel professionally

What the job involves

• Handling vehicles over 3 tons

• Tracking and logging what's on board

• Collecting delivery signatures and handling the paperwork that goes with it

• Comfortable working solo and alongside your teammate
