Local DZ-Style Delivery Driver — $22/hr, No CDL Required

Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based in South Windsor, CT, is looking for delivery drivers to join its growing team. No CDL is needed, a vehicle is supplied, and paid training is included.

Pay

• Starts at $22.00 per hour, paid weekly by direct deposit

• Training is paid at your full hourly rate

Home time

• This is a local route with drivers home daily

• Choose from schedules including Monday–Saturday, Tuesday–Sunday, or weekends only

• Shifts typically run 8–9 hours, starting around 8:00 AM

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a company-supplied FedEx delivery vehicle, dropping off packages to homes and businesses

• Routes average around 140 stops a day, with scanning, loading and unloading throughout the shift

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent

• Clean driving record, and must pass a background check, drug screen and DOT physical

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds routinely, and move packages up to 150 pounds using a hand truck

• Prior delivery experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS) is a plus but not required
