OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — 60% of Net

Our company is looking for OTR CDL-A reefer drivers to run as independent contractors (1099), paid 60% of net revenue, with typical yearly earnings estimated between $75,000 and $80,000.

Pay

• Pay is based on 60% of net revenue, with yearly earnings typically estimated at $75,000 to $80,000

• Weekly bonuses scale with truck revenue: from an extra $100 at $5,000 in revenue up to an extra $400 at $8,000 in revenue

• Additional bonuses for clean DOT inspections, safety, and longevity

Home time

• One day off per week while out, with a minimum of 5 weeks on the road before coming home

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight (reefer)

• Equipment includes 2023–2025 Freightliners with APU and fridge, Motive ELD, governed at 75 MPH

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience

• No DWI/DUI in the past 4 years

• No reckless driving, hit-and-run, or failure to report an accident in the past 4 years

• No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years (no more than 2 in the last 12 months)

• No more than 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years

• Must hold a valid license in your state of residence

• Drivers over 65 need a long-form physical certification

• Must live within 250 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth area

• No SAP program drivers; dispatch is English-speaking only
