About this job
Our company is staffing OTR tractor trailer drivers out of Irwindale, CA for a customer delivering Korean groceries. You'll run a sleeper truck route with touch freight unloading required.
Pay
- Pay is $30 an hour plus $30 per diem
- Paid weekly
- Note: the posting also lists a wage range of $30.00-$30.00 per mile, which may be an error or alternate pay structure
Schedule
- Routes typically begin Wednesday between 12:00pm and 1:30pm
- Finish Sunday or Monday depending on route length
- Each route covers 3 to 6 stops, possibly one stop up North followed by 2-3 stops in Oregon and 2-3 in Washington
What you'll haul
- Reefer trailer carrying Korean groceries
- Touch freight - you may need to hand-truck or pallet-jack unload
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid California CDL-A
- One full year of verifiable tractor trailer or reefer delivery experience within the past 3 years
- Clean driving record
- Able to meet DOT requirements
