OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver — $2,500–$3,500/Week, 28–30% of Gross

Our company is looking for an OTR CDL-A reefer driver. This is a 1099 contract role with dependable dispatch support and a home-time schedule built around three weeks out.

Pay

• Weekly pay runs $2,500.00 - $3,500.00, with top performers landing near the top of that range.

• You're paid 28-30% of each load's gross revenue, so your earnings grow as rates go up.

Home time

Expect to run 3 weeks on the road, then take 4 full days off at home before getting back on duty on day 5.

Equipment

You'll drive a late-model 2022-2023 reefer truck.

What you'll haul

You'll be responsible for safely handling a CDL-A reefer rig, running pre-trip checks every day, loading and securing freight properly, and staying in touch with dispatch and customers throughout your runs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.

• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 2 years.

• Not currently in, or previously part of, the SAP program.

• California CDL holders cannot be considered for this role.
