About this job
Our company is looking for OTR CDL-A flatbed drivers for a no-tarp fleet. You'll be out on the road around 4 weeks at a stretch, covering ground across the country, with the option to ask about team driving.
Pay
- Typical annual earnings range from $95,000 to $102,000
- Mileage pay starts at $0.65 per mile and rises to $0.67 per mile once you hit one year with the company
- Stops along your route pay an extra $5 each, paid out monthly
- Drivers average at least 2,900 miles per truck weekly
- $5,000 bonus for new hires (ask your recruiter for the details)
- $1,000 bonus for referring another driver (ask your recruiter for the details)
- Additional bonus opportunities tied to safety, referrals and inspections
- Paid holidays and paid training
Home time
Home time can flex if you give enough notice - ask the recruiter how it works.
What you'll haul
This is a flatbed fleet with no tarping required. You control your own ETAs, as long as you deliver by the due date, so smart trip planning can boost what you earn. Pets and riders are welcome in the truck.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Clean driving record, including PSP
