OTR CDL-A Dry Van Driver — Up to $0.85/Mile

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to run OTR dry van routes in newer, well-kept trucks. Drivers can earn strong per-mile pay with steady freight year-round, and the company offers a pay-match option for drivers coming from another carrier.

Pay

• Solo drivers: up to $0.85 per mile

• Teams: up to $1.00 per mile, split between the two drivers

• Top rate goes to drivers with a clean record and at least 1 year of experience

• Weekly earning potential between $2,500 and $3,700

• Bring in a paystub from your current or past job and they'll match your rate

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Home time

Expect about 3 weeks on the road followed by 3 to 4 days at home.

What you'll haul

Dry van freight only, using 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 1 year of OTR driving experience

• Clean driving history preferred for top pay; minor issues may still be considered

• Must pass MVR and PSP checks

• Able to communicate in basic English
