OTR CDL-A Driver — Home Every 7-10 Days, $2,000 Sign-On

Our company is looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to run Midwest freight out of Sioux City, IA. You'll be home every 7-10 days with predictable no-touch loads and a sign-on bonus to start.

Pay

• Average $1,400-$1,900 per week before taxes

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• Paid weekly

• Extra bonuses for safety and DOT inspections

Home time

• Typically out 2-3 weeks with 3-4 days off between runs

• Company aims to get you home every 7 to 10 days

What you'll haul

• Routes concentrated in eastern Colorado, Kansas, and Nebraska, with occasional stops in states like Utah, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Wisconsin

• No coast-to-coast runs

• 70-80% drop and hook, all no-touch freight

• Serves 5 dedicated customers with minimal broker loads

• Minimum 2,800 miles per week, averaging 3,200-3,500

Equipment

• 2024-2026 Kenworth T680 trucks with VIT package, replaced every 500,000 miles

• Automatic transmission, Cummins engine

• APU, inverter, refrigerator, double bunks, heated and cooled leather seats, carpeted floors

Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, no exceptions

• Comfortable driving at night

• No more than 3 preventable or serious violations in the last 5 years

• No more than 4 jobs in the past year without a reasonable explanation

• No current or past SAP drivers

• No DUI or DWI history

• Reefer experience is a plus but not required

• No pets allowed
