CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/year

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers to run OTR on a W2 basis. Solo drivers can expect to earn between $80,000 and $96,000 per year, with weekly pay and a full benefits package.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 to $0.73 CPM; the posting explains the base is $0.67 CPM, and the Elite Bonus Performance Program can add up to 6 CPM more, which brings the top rate to $0.73 CPM.

• Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on-time delivery bonus and similar) typically adds another 5 to 7 CPM.

• The Elite Driver Program can put up to an extra $7,400 per year on top of your other pay.

• Every mile is paid, address to address.

• A 1 CPM raise each year based on tenure is guaranteed.

• A weekly minimum pay guarantee applies.

• Pay arrives weekly.

Requirements

• A valid Class A license.

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience.
