OTR CDL-A Driver — 70–75 CPM, $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for true OTR runs out of Mount Prospect, IL. You can join as a company driver, bring your own truck as an owner operator, or move toward ownership through a lease-to-purchase option.

Pay

• Company drivers earn 70 to 75 CPM, based on experience and qualifications, with both loaded and empty miles paid

• Weekly direct deposit, with settlements issued weekly for owner operators

• Owner operators keep 85% of gross revenue

• A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered

• Listed pay starts from $100,000.00 per year

Home time

• Expect a minimum of 3 weeks out on the road, followed by 2 to 3 days at home

• Drivers who stay out longer may get extra flexibility on home time

• This is strictly a true OTR role; no local or regional routes are offered

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight that is 100% no-touch

• No forced dispatch

• Drivers typically run 3,000+ miles weekly

• Fleet includes 2020 to 2027 Freightliner and Volvo trucks

• Solo and team driving both available

Owner operator and lease-to-purchase options

• Owner operators need a truck from 2018 or newer, and can use a company trailer or fuel card

• Lease-to-purchase is available on Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth trucks, with flexible terms, no credit check, no balloon payment, early payoff options, and walk-away lease choices depending on the agreement

• Truck payments and down payments depend on which equipment you pick

• SAP-friendly program available

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• Minimum 2 years of recent OTR experience with a CDL-A

• Must be willing to stay out on the road for at least 3 weeks at a time

• Clean driving and safety record

• Must pass required pre-employment screening

• Dependable and professional, with a strong track record of on-time pickups and deliveries

• No trainees or inexperienced drivers
