OTR CDL-A Driver — $30/HR, $1,500+ Weekly, Home Fri–Sun

OTR CDL-A driving job out of Marion, VA, hauling curtain-side trailer freight on a Sunday-to-Friday schedule. This is a temp-to-perm role with manual transmission sleeper tractors and no-touch loads.

Pay

• $30.00/HR, with time and a half after 40 hours

• $1,500+ per week

• Paid weekly

Schedule and home time

• Depart Sunday afternoon, return by Friday afternoon

• Expect about 2-3 trips per week, each with 1-4 stops

What you'll haul

• Building products and materials roughly 8-20 ft long

• No-touch freight

• Equipment: manual sleeper tractors pulling curtain-side trailers, with occasional dry vans

• Lanes cover the Eastern U.S. and Midwest, loading out of Marion, VA

• No deliveries to NYC or Long Island

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 24 months of recent, verifiable commercial driving experience

• Minimum age 23

• Required: manual transmission experience, and comfort handling a manual sleeper tractor and curtain-side trailers

• Dry van experience is a plus

• Willing to be on the road multiple nights and depart every Sunday

• Able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

• No DUI or DWI in the past 5 years, and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 36 months
