OTR CDL-A Driver — $100,000+ First-Year Pay, Home Weekly

Our company, part of Nucor, is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to run routes out of Arthur, Illinois. You'll start and finish each run in Arthur, so it helps to live close by, though it's not a must. Beyond driving, expect hands-on work loading and unloading doors at service centers and dealer stops.

Pay

• New drivers bring in at least $100,000 in their first year

• What you earn varies based on miles, stops and a few other factors

• You're paid for every mile, and you also get a per-stop rate for live loads and unloads

• Extra pay for detention time, plus per diem and an hourly rate for odd jobs outside driving

• Bonus available if you refer another driver

• Safety training is paid

Home time

• You're back home every week on a consistent schedule

What you'll haul

• Trailers loaded with our company and related products

• At the destination you'll unload and stack the freight, sometimes with forklifts, jacks, carts, racks or pallets

• Be ready to lift 80 pounds or more

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Current CDL-A

• A valid DOT medical card, or you're able to get one before you start

• A year of provable CDL-A experience is preferred

• Having a valid passport is a plus
