OTR CDL-A Driver — $0.55/mile, Reset at Home, $2000 Sign-On

Our company, a family-owned refrigerated freight carrier since 1945, needs experienced solo OTR Class A CDL drivers to haul fresh-cut flowers and truckload freight. Routes are non-dedicated with no fixed schedule, and you reset at home between runs.

Pay

• $0.55 per mile

• $2000 sign-on bonus

• Safety and mileage incentive pay

• Weekly direct deposit for company drivers

Home time

• Reset at home, no set schedule

• About 3,000 miles per week

What you'll haul

• Fresh floral and perishable goods, plus general truckload freight

• International LT tractors, no slip-seating

Requirements

• Active Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of verifiable over-the-road tractor-trailer experience (recent graduates will not be considered)

• Minimum age 23

• Strong work history

• Able to meet DOT English proficiency standards

• No speeding citations over 15 mph or serious moving violations in the past 3 years

• No SAP program enrollment or drug/alcohol convictions in the past 5 years

• Comfortable with ELD systems and reefer units

• Willing to drive at night

• Flexible with scheduling
