About this job
Our company needs experienced OTR CDL-A drivers to run Dry Van, Reefer, and Step Deck freight. You'll get consistent miles, weekly paychecks, and the chance to boost your rate as your experience and equipment skills grow.
Pay
- Earn up to $0.85 per mile, or 30% of gross revenue, depending on your OTR background and trailer type
- Paid weekly
- Weekly earnings typically range from $2,500.00 to $3,500.00
- More experience and specialized equipment skills can push your per-mile rate higher
- Bonuses available for clean inspections and for referring other drivers
What you'll haul
- Freight moves in Dry Van, Reefer, and Step Deck trailers
- Routes are OTR with steady, consistent freight volume
Equipment and support
- Newer trucks and trailers that are kept in good condition
- Dispatch is available around the clock, staffed by an experienced team
- You'll have direct access to company management
- Room to take on more responsibility and grow within the company over time
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- Prior OTR driving experience
- A clean, safe driving record
- Comfortable communicating professionally with dispatch and management
- Willing and able to stay out on the road for OTR runs
- Experience with Step Deck or open-deck trailers preferred if you want Step Deck work
