OTR CDL-A Company Driver — Solo $2,250–$3,500/Week

Our company is hiring OTR CDL-A drivers, both solo and team, as company drivers or under lease/owner-operator arrangements. They'll help match solo drivers without a co-driver to a partner.

Pay

• Company Drivers: Solo $2,250-$3,500/week, Team $2,750-$4,000/week (after expenses)

• Lease/Owner-Operators: Solo $2,500-$3,750/week, Team $3,000-$4,500/week (after expenses)

• Lease/owner-op drivers pay weekly costs: truck fee $950, insurance $450 (lease) or $350 (owner op), trailer $250, admin fee $50, OCC/ACC $35, plus depreciation of $0.15/mile and a dispatch fee of 12-15% depending on solo/team and lease/owner-op status

• Referral bonus: up to $500 for company drivers, up to $1,000 for owner-operators

• Sign-on bonus: up to $1,500 for solo owner-operators, up to $4,000 for team owner-operators

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of OTR experience

• No active SAP drivers
