OTR CDL-A Company Driver — $3,000+/Week, SAP Friendly

Our company is hiring experienced OTR dry van drivers for a 1099 company driver role. This is an SAP-friendly position running dedicated lanes with no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.

Pay

• Weekly pay of $3,000+ for driving 3,700 miles, paid weekly by direct deposit

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• $200 weekly bonus plus $300-$600 monthly bonus tied to GPS miles

• $300 bonus for averaging 8.0+ MPG

• Safety bonuses: $500 at Level 1, $300 at Level 2, $200 at Level 3

• Paid detention and layover time

• Rate up to $0.93 per mile

Home time

Expect about 3 days home after every 3 weeks on the road.

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, no-touch, drop-and-hook

• Dispatch is pre-planned

• Dedicated lanes include WI-CA, CA-MS, MS-WI, IN-TX, and MO-GA

• Main operating states: MN, IL, WI, OH, MI, IN, MS, PA, MO, KS, OK, CO, CA, AZ, NV

• Westbound runs through TX, IA, UT, AR, and AL are prioritized; Northeast states are not served

Equipment

• 2023, 2024, and 2026 Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, automatic transmission only

• Trucks equipped with bunk heater, APU, power inverter, fridge, microwave, premium bed, and deer guard

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 16 months of driving experience

• Must run a weekly average of 3,500 miles, within a 3,000-5,000 mile range

• Professional attitude and solid work ethic

• SAP drivers welcome
