OTR CDL-A Company Driver (1099) — $3,000+/Week, SAP Friendly

Our company is looking for experienced OTR dry van drivers to run dedicated lanes on a 1099 company driver setup. SAP friendly, with weekly pay and several bonus programs stacked on top.

Pay

• Weekly pay of $3,000.00+ for running around 3,700 miles

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• $200 weekly bonus tied to GPS-tracked miles

• $300 to $600 monthly bonus tied to GPS-tracked miles

• $300 bonus for averaging 8.0+ MPG

• Safety bonus paid in tiers: Level 1 $500, Level 2 $300, Level 3 $200

• Direct deposit, paid weekly

Home time

• Expect about 3 days home after each 3-week stretch on the road

What you'll haul

• Dry van, no-touch freight, drop and hook

• Pre-planned dispatch

• Dedicated lanes: WI-CA, CA-MS, MS-WI, IN-TX, MO-GA

• Core operating states: MN, IL, WI, OH, MI, IN, MS, PA, MO, KS, OK, CO, CA, AZ, NV

• Priority given to westbound runs through TX, IA, UT, AR, AL

• Northeastern states and New York are off limits

• Fleet includes 2023, 2024 and 2026 Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, automatic transmission only, equipped with bunk heater, APU, power inverter, fridge, microwave, premium bed and deer guard

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 16 months of experience

• Able to average at least 3,500 miles per week, with a weekly range of 3,000 to 5,000 miles

• Dependable, professional attitude
