OTR CDL-A Apprentice Driver — $900–$1,300/Week Average

Our company is offering a paid CDL-A apprenticeship for drivers who don't yet have Class A experience. You'll train, pass your CDL-A exam, then move into an OTR driving role, either solo or on a team, as a company driver or under lease.

Pay

• Weekly pay typically runs $900 to $1,300 on average, with a posted wage range of $1,100 to $1,300 per week.

• While you're training, pay is guaranteed at $900 gross per week once you pass your CDL-A exam.

• Over a year, earnings can reach $75,000 to $150,000 depending on your path.

About the role

• You'll work Over The Road, with the choice to go solo or as part of a team.

• You can drive as a company driver or take on a lease.

• No prior Class A driving experience is needed, and the program reports a 96% pass rate for the CDL exam.

Requirements

• You must complete a paid CDL training program, which comes with a 1-year commitment.

• Applicants who already graduated from a truck driving school are not eligible.

• You need to pass the CDL-A exam (holding a CDL-A permit) before you're hired.

• A clean driving record and steady work history are required.
